- Promote our ‘good neighbor’ church by serving the community
- ☐Outreach (Pam) and Resource team (Jan) to look into donating $500 or $1000 to the Farmer’s Market in front of the high school who will in return highlight our church [postponed until 2022].

- Feed our neighbors
- Pam suggested we ask the congregation for pre-packaged food for brown bag lunches to deliver to Father Bill’s homeless shelters in Stoughton, Quincy and Brockton.
- ☒Allie posted a sign-up sheet. Several members donated items (fruit, chips, bottled water, home-baked cookies,), Allie purchased sandwiches from Wegmans, Pam and Susan James helped package into 20 brown bag lunches on Aug 8, 2021 and Allie delivered to Evelyn House.
- Pam suggested we ask the congregation for pre-packaged food for brown bag lunches to deliver to Father Bill’s homeless shelters in Stoughton, Quincy and Brockton.
- Casserole Ministry
- Rev. Dee proposed having pre-cooked meals, frozen and available for when situations arise, especially among our congregation. Jan is leading the effort and a team of 6 volunteers met on Aug 18, 2021 to help chop, cook, bake and freeze meals. A note with the ingredients, pre-heating instructions and a bible verse will be included with each meal.
- The Outreach Team will provide the finances to purchase a freezer for this important ministry (postponed until 2022). It can also be utilized for Senior Supper.

- Seafarer’s Friends
- Allie requested knitted hats and scarves and various basic essentials to donate to Seafarer’s Friends. Allie will deliver to Chelsea ministry in early Nov. Special mention to Regina (knitted 30+ scarves), Joyce (30+ toothbrushes) and Caroline (30+ disposable razors).
- Guest Speaker
- October 2021 is Domestic Violence Awareness Month. Allie invited Jen Bolton from DOVE to give a presentation on Sunday Oct 31 at 11 am in the Fellowship Hall.

- Christmas Gifts
- My Brother’s Keeper – Pam will request to be assigned a family for the congregation to purchase Christmas gifts – Nov/Dec 2021
- Secret Santa – Pam will purchase $1000 worth of gift cards for Canton families in need – Nov/Dec 2021
- Angel Tree – Allie will virtually purchase gift cards for 10 children of incarcerated parents – Nov/Dec 2021
- Senior Supper – This ministry will be postponed until early 2022.
