The Christian Education Team has been busy this summer getting ready for the fall.  Rally day and the start of Church School is September 9^th. Our theme this year is Looking, Searching, Finding God and Keeping God as our friend. The children will be learning the song “Keep God as a Friend” during our chapel services and in the classroom setting they will experience the many ways we come to know the love of God in our lives.

The fall curriculum will focus on the Old Testament. Stories of the crossing of the Red Sea, the Ten Commandments, the wandering in the wilderness, and the settling in the promised land will illustrate for us the truths that: God helps us when we are afraid, God teaches us to love and respect one another, God is patient with us, and that God is always with us!
